Most important decisions adopted at the EURORAI Management Committee meeting held in Linz
At its meeting held on October 16th 2019 in Linz the EURORAI Management Committee approved the joining as full members of the Court of Audit of Bavaria from Germany and the Chambers of Control and Accounts of Krasnodar and Moscow Regions, both institutions from Russia.
Furthermore, the Committee decided to accept the request for re-joining, as full member, submitted by the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Chelyabinsk Region from Russia after their withdrawal in the year 2016 under the condition that the still outstanding membership fee for the year of withdrawal and the full fee for the current year 2019 be paid.
Other matters dealt with at the meeting included the last preparations for the X EURORAI Congress on 17th October and the General Assembly of EURORAI member institutions on 18th October.
The next committee meeting will take place on May 14th 2020 in Frankfurt/Main on the eve of the next EURORAI Seminar, which will be devoted to the theme “Public sector audit in times of digital changes – the mastering of external and internal challenges”.
