Brief report including the most significant decisions

Representatives of 52 EURORAI member institutions attended the General Assembly held last 18th October in Linz within the framework of the X EURORAI Congress.

The following agreements were adopted unanimously during the Assembly:

1. Approval of the annual accounts 2016-2018

2. Appointment of the Audit Office of the Autonomous Community of Madrid as auditor of EURORAI's annual accounts for the next three years

3. Confirmation of the joining of new members

4. Appointment of the new President and the other members of the Management Committee as well as their respective substitutes.

Furthermore, the General Assembly took note of the fact that there are at present six outstanding membership fees, five corresponding to the current year 2019 and one corresponding to 2017.

Subsequently, in his official inaugural address President Friedrich Pammer presented the EURORAI working programme for the next three years. The General Assembly took note of the programme and approved the draft budget for the years 2020-2022.

Finally, the Assembly said farewell to the outgoing member of the Management Committee, Christian Melly, who is leaving EURORAI, and thanked him for all his invaluable services provided since 2001.
